We explore the IBC's from 2005 through last year with two winners and a gentleman who is totally involved in all things Blues.
Tonight, I spoke with 2005 Solo/Duo Winner; Jimi Hocking, and we heard about what he has been up to since his win.
Jimi spoke about his time at the IBC and his feelings about the blues in general. We heard music from his last three albums along the way
Then, Blues Foundation Co-Chair Mick Kolassa who is presenting a Crowdsharing Seminar with Jeff Jensen during IBC Week came by.
We also got to WORLD PREMIER a couple of cuts from his upcoming album, Michissippi Mick and we discussed the IBC, as Mick has been a judge and involved in the inner workings of the event.
Finally, 2013 Solo/Duo Winner Little G Weevil came by to talk about his last year and his new album Moving and of course, we heard his advice on the IBC.
