The Mill Billy Blues Band hail from South Carolina and their earliest influences were "front porch pickers", playing Piedmont style blues, bluegrass, country, and gospel music.

Now singer/harmonica player Freddie Vanderford, regional bluesman Shane Pruitt, guitar whiz Brandon Turner, and singer/songwriter Matthew Knights make up Mill Billy Blues.


The four guys hung with me from outside a gig Shane was playing and he join3ed us for the second half of the interview.
