From his 5 year engagement playing the "Friday Night Blues Dinner Cruise" in LA, to his performing around the world with the U.S. Air Force’s "Tops in Blue" World Tour, Phil is constantly playing.
He has competed in the IBC and has also been a judge for that prestigious event.
